83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour – Route Presentation on May 26!

This coming Tuesday, May 26 at 6:30 PM, the official route of the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour will be unveiled live on TVP Sport. This year’s national race, held under the slogan “North–South,” will take place from August 3–9 and will once again bring the biggest stars of world cycling to Poland.

So far, details of two stages of this year’s race have already been revealed. The opening stage will start on August 3 in Gdynia and finish in Koszalin after 234 kilometers. Riders will roll out from Kościuszko Square and face, among others, LOTTO Sprint Primes in Kartuzy, Bytów, and Polanów, special primes in Parchowo, Kołczygłowy (Czesław Lang Special Sprint) – and Kępice (Słupsk Discrict Governor Special Sprint).  The riders will also tackle the first mountain prime at Chełmska Hill, as well as the unique Czesław Lang Sector, leading through the hometown region of the race’s General Director.

It has also been confirmed that, after 22 years, the Tour de Pologne will return to the Lubusz Voivodeship. Stage 3 will run from Gorzów Wielkopolski to Zielona Góra. Along the route, riders will contest three LOTTO Sprint Primes in Strzelce Krajeńskie, Świebodzin, and Sulechów, two Special Primes in Skwierzyna and Międzyrzecz, and a Mountain Prime in Przytok.

Tuesday evening will be a true celebration of cycling, as fans will also discover the route of the 4th edition of the Tour de Pologne Women during the broadcast.

The full presentation of the route for the 83rd Tour de Pologne and the 4th Tour de Pologne Women will take place on May 26 at 6:30 PM on TVP Sport. Fans will then learn all the host cities, stage profiles, and details of the competition, which every year delivers unforgettable sporting excitement.
