On day two of competition, the riders transfer to picturesque Międzyzdroje, where they will set off toward Szczecin. Billed as a fast and dynamic stage, today’s racing is sure to deliver huge thrills for cycling fans across the country.

Leaders on the Start Line: Fighting to Defend Valuable Jerseys

After the grueling opening leg from Gdynia to Koszalin, we now know the first riders to don the leader’s jerseys as they take to the road today to defend their positions:

Following yesterday’s tough test, the peloton begins another day of racing in the coastal resort town. Ahead of the riders lies a 151-kilometer route rolling through the scenic landscapes of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The stage profile favors high average speeds—the absence of any categorized climbs promises an ideal opportunity for breakaways and sprinter teams eager to control the tempo.

Along the route from Międzyzdroje to Szczecin, key intermediate points will spark fierce battles for points and bonus seconds toward the classifications:

  • 3 LOTTO Intermediate Sprints: in Kamień Pomorski, Nowogard, and Goleniów,
  • 2 Special Sprints: Grupa Transportowa and DPD.
