BOPLAN systems ensure safety at the Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour
As a UCI WorldTour race, all aspects of the Tour de Pologne must be at the highest level. One of the key elements of the race is rider safety. Lang Team attaches particular importance to this, as evidenced by its cooperation with the Belgian brand BOPLAN, which offers innovative safety systems.
It has long been known that cycling is a sport that involves significant risk. Competitors race to complete the course as quickly as possible, reaching very high speeds. The organizers’ task is to ensure that the route on which the cyclists compete is as safe as possible. This is the foundation of every high-level race, including the Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour, which for years has taken care of the safety of athletes starting in the Polish event.
Several years ago, Lang Team decided to cooperate with the BOPLAN brand. For over 25 years, the Belgian company has been developing and producing innovative safety systems that are also used in the organization of sporting events. BOPLAN offers comprehensive safety solutions that are also used in logistics, the petrochemical industry, and at airports. The company’s technologies are recognized as a global benchmark in the field of safety.
Characteristic BOPLAN products, such as yellow Race Barriers or Race Totems, will be visible on the Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour route for the 6th time. Over the years and subsequent editions of the Polish race, they have become an inseparable element, emphasizing the organizers’ commitment to rider safety. The Polish race is the only UCI WorldTour stage race that has been using BOPLAN safety systems for years.
