06.08.2025 Stage 3 – Wałbrzych – Wałbrzych, Powiat Wałbrzyski

After the mountain test in and around Karpacz, the race shows no signs of slowing down. The next stage of the 82nd Tour de Pologne will be held on a slightly longer course, starting and finishing in Wałbrzych – the hometown of Dariusz Baranowski, a three-time winner of the race.
Once again, the Sudetes will serve as the arena for the peloton’s battles. This time, the world’s top riders will face the climbs to Walimska Pass and Niedźwiedzica Pass, each of which they will ascend three times. Before the final sequence of climbs, they will also tackle the steep wall in Rzeczka, with gradients exceeding 10%! All of these climbs will be marked as the PZU Mountain Primes. Earlier on, the DPD Special Prime in Jedlina-Zdrój will also be up for grabs. Before the second climb to Przełęcz Walimska, there will also be a LOTTO Sprint Prime in Walim.
The high frequency of climbs and their proximity to the finish in Wałbrzych suggest an open and fierce competition, especially since some riders will certainly seek redemption after struggles on Stage 2. It promises to be a spectacular mountain showdown that could significantly impact the final ORLEN general classification.
