A press conference was held today at Centennial Hall in Wrocław with the participation of Czesław Lang, General Director of the Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour, and Wojciech Bochnak, Deputy Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. On August 3, the team presentation will take place at the same location, and the 82nd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour will start there the next day.
There are now less than two weeks left until the 82nd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour begins. The first three stages will be held on the scenic roads of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, with the entire race kicking off on August 4 at Centennial Hall in Wrocław. A day earlier, at the same spot, a ceremonial team presentation will be held with all riders participating in the 82nd Tour de Pologne.
The first stage will lead from Wrocław to Legnica. Along the way, the riders will compete in LOTTO Sprints Primes in Kąty Wrocławskie, Środa Śląska, and Polkowice, as well as a PZU Mountain Prime in Prochowice. The following day features a challenging stage from Hotel Gołębiewski in Karpacz to the climb up Orlinek, also in Karpacz, a legendary finish where great cycling champions have triumphed.
On the route, riders will face two PZU Mountain Primes at the Kowarska Pass and Średnica Pass, as well as LOTTO Sprints Primes in Kamienna Góra and Czarny Bór, and a Decathlon Special Prime in Lubawka. Just a few kilometers before the finish line, the final Special Prime will be located at Hotel Seidorf, a partner of the second stage of the Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour.
The third stage will start and finish in Wałbrzych, in Wałbrzych County. It will be one of the most demanding stages of this year’s Tour de Pologne, with three climbs to the Walimska Pass and Niedźwiedzica Pass, as well as one ascent to Rzeczka – all classified as PZU Mountain Primes. Riders will also compete for the LOTTO Sprint Prime in Walim and the DPD Special Prime in Jedlina-Zdrój. The Lower Silesian stages of the 82nd Tour de Pologne promise world-class racing excitement!

“We’re starting the 82nd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour in Wrocław. First, there will be a beautiful team presentation at Centennial Hall, and we invite everyone to join. The next day we depart from the same place, ride calmly through Wrocław, and then head to Legnica. I’m happy that during the Tour de Pologne we can promote the beautiful city of Wrocław. Three stages will take place in Lower Silesia, including visits to Karpacz and Wałbrzych. All stages will be very interesting and will showcase the beauty of this region. I want to thank everyone involved in organizing these stages, especially Marshal Paweł Gancarz, Deputy Marshal Wojciech Bochnak, and all the mayors and hosts of the stage towns and primes. Together we’ll prepare a great cycling celebration and promote Lower Silesia along the way” said Czesław Lang, General Director of the Tour de Pologne.
“This is the second year that the Lower Silesian Voivodeship has been cooperating with Lang Team. The collaboration is going wonderfully, and I’m very grateful that once again the best cyclists in the world will come to Lower Silesia. Thanks to the Tour de Pologne, we are promoting our region and showing that it’s a place worth visiting” said Wojciech Bochnak, Deputy Marshal of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
