Soudal Quick-Step to line up with Hayter and Magnier at the 83rd TdP

Soudal Quick-Step Pro Cycling Team has announced its preliminary roster for the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour. The Belgian squad will travel to Poland with two riders well known to fans of the race – Ethan Hayter and Paul Magnier – both expected to play leading roles in the battle for stage victories and top positions in the overall classification.

The biggest name in the fight for the overall victory is Ethan Hayter. The Briton won the Tour de Pologne in 2022 and returns this year with his sights set on reclaiming the yellow jersey of the ORLEN General Classification leader. A versatile rider, Hayter excels both on demanding uphill finishes and in individual time trials – two key elements that have traditionally played a decisive role in the battle for overall success at the Tour de Pologne.

In the bunch sprints, all eyes will be on Paul Magnier. The 22-year-old Frenchman claimed an impressive stage victory in Cieszyn last year, securing his first-ever WorldTour win. This spring, he confirmed his status as one of the fastest riders in the peloton by shining at the Giro d’Italia, where he celebrated three stage victories. Back in Poland, he will once again be among the favourites for success on the race’s sprint finishes.
