Tour de Pologne Returns to Lubuskie Voivodeship

After 22 years, the Tour de Pologne is returning to Lubuskie Voivodeship. On Wednesday, May 13, a press conference dedicated to the presentation of Stage 3 of the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour was held at the Recreation and Sports Centre in Zielona Góra. The stage, scheduled for August 5, will run from Gorzów Wielkopolski to Zielona Góra.

The event was attended by representatives of local governments, uniformed services, and the race organizer, Lang Team. Tour de Pologne General Director, Czesław Lang, highlighted the unique character of this year’s edition, held under the theme “North–South”.

I am very happy that after many years we are returning to Lubuskie Voivodeship. It is an exceptionally picturesque region, perfect for cycling and television broadcasts. Tour de Pologne is not only top-level sport, but also a way to promote the regions and places we visit. Lubuskie has enormous potential, and I am convinced that fans all around the world will see its beauty,” said Czesław Lang.

During the conference, the official route animation for Stage 3 was presented, along with promotional materials showcasing the tourist attractions of Lubuskie Voivodeship. The route will lead through landscapes characteristic of the area — green forests, lakes, historic towns, and areas famous for Lubuskie vineyards.
