Hotel Gołębiewski Karpacz Becomes a Partner of Stage 4 of the 83rd Tour de Pologne

Hotel Gołębiewski Karpacz has become a Partner of Stage 4 of the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour. The partnership covers the demanding stage from Żagań to Karpacz, which will take place on the challenging roads of Lower Silesia. In addition, the Hotel Gołębiewski Karpacz Special Sprint will be located at kilometre 142 of the race.

This marks another year of cooperation between one of the most recognisable hotels in the Polish mountains and the biggest cycling race in Central and Eastern Europe. Karpacz has held a special place on the Tour de Pologne map for many years, regularly hosting the finish of some of the race’s most spectacular stages, while Hotel Gołębiewski continues to play an important role in the event’s organisational infrastructure.

– Hotel Gołębiewski Karpacz has been a trusted Partner of ours for many years, and I am delighted that we will once again work together to deliver the Tour de Pologne. It is a place well known to both the riders and the race organisers. In previous years, it also hosted the start of the ORLEN Tour de Pologne Amateurs – Ryszard Szurkowski Memorial. It is an excellent base for cycling teams, as well as for everyone who wants to train and relax surrounded by the roads and trails of the Karkonosze Mountains – said Czesław Lang, General Director of the Tour de Pologne.

Located in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains, Hotel Gołębiewski offers a wide range of attractions and facilities for its guests. These include an extensive water park with slides, jacuzzis, a sauna complex, a gym, a salt graduation tower, wellness and spa facilities, a year-round alpine coaster, a bowling alley, a games room and a children’s playground. The hotel also boasts an excellent culinary offer and provides an ideal base for active holidays throughout the year.

The hotel enjoys spectacular views of Śnieżka, the highest peak of the Karkonosze Mountains. Numerous hiking trails and cycling routes can be found in the immediate vicinity, making it a favourite destination for cycling enthusiasts and mountain lovers alike. It is no coincidence that Karpacz has regularly hosted Tour de Pologne stages over the years, while Hotel Gołębiewski has welcomed riders, teams and race organisers on numerous occasions.

The 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour will be held under the slogan “North–South”, connecting the Baltic Sea with the Tatra Mountains. The race will begin on 3 August in Gdynia before heading south through Poland. Along the way, the peloton will visit, among other regions, Lubuskie, Lower Silesia and Bukowina Tatrzańska, with the race concluding in an individual time trial finishing at the iconic “Wieliczka” Salt Mine.
