The Toyota and Lexus car fleet for the 4th Tour de Pologne Women and the 83rd Tour de Pologne has been received!
On July 15, during a conference at the Toyota Radość showroom, a symbolic handover of the Toyota and Lexus car fleet for the upcoming races organized by Lang Team – the 4th Tour de Pologne and the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour – took place. This is the result of the continued cooperation with Toyota Radość, Lexus Warszawa Radość, and Toyota Central Europe, which have once again become the Official Automotive Partner of the Lang Team.
Although bicycles play the main roles in cycling races, cars are no less important. They largely make up the race convoy, traveling hundreds of kilometers during stages, and thousands over the duration of the entire events. It will be no different in the case of the upcoming races organized by Lang Team – the 4th Tour de Pologne Women and the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour.
Toyota and Lexus cars will once again be seen on the routes of both races, which is the result of another year of cooperation with Toyota Radość, Lexus Warszawa Radość, and Toyota Central Europe – the Official Automotive Partners of the Lang Team. A specially prepared fleet consisting of about 50 cars was handed over to the race organizers on Wednesday, July 15.
A Trusted Automotive Partner is the foundation of a good cycling race. The cars in which the Race Director, judges and commissaires of the Union Cycliste Internationale, organizing staff, and other people involved in the race will travel the stages must perform well in all conditions, including on winding and steep mountain roads. Additionally, the cars of the judges and the Race Director must meet specific requirements set by the InteUCI.
For this reason, the Lang Team decided to continue its cooperation with Toyota Radość, Lexus Warszawa Radość, and Toyota Central Europe. The effect of this partnership is also visible in a limited Tour de Pologne special edition available in four Toyota models.
“It is with great pride and pleasure that, on behalf of the entire Radość Group, I welcome you to today’s vehicle handover for the Tour de Pologne. Last year’s race and the beginning of our partnership demonstrated the remarkable synergy we have built together with Lang Team. The success of that collaboration made the decision to continue our partnership a natural one. We are delighted to extend our cooperation and once again become the Official Automotive Partner of this legendary event.
We are proud that our reliable and low-emission fleet, proudly displaying the Toyota Radość and Lexus Warszawa Radość logos, will once again accompany the Tour de Pologne. This year’s fleet includes, among others, the all-new Toyota RAV4 and the all-new Lexus ES, which will lead the race convoy. Our partnership with Lang Team is a tremendous honor. Together, we form a team united by a passion for sport and a constant pursuit of excellence. I wish all the riders a safe and successful race, the fans unforgettable excitement, and all of us many rewarding kilometres together—and, of course, genuine joy.— said Maja Kleszczewska, President of the Radość Group

“We are delighted to support this event. On the one hand, it is a tremendous opportunity to showcase Poland on the international stage. The race route will lead through some of the country’s most beautiful regions—from Pomerania and Kashubia, across western Poland, all the way to our picturesque mountain landscapes. What’s more, the race takes place at the perfect time, when many people in Poland are enjoying their summer holidays, giving them the chance to experience this exceptional cycling event live in such spectacular surroundings. It is an event full of excitement, colour, and sporting passion.
At the same time, this partnership represents the fulfilment of a long-held ambition for us. Toyota has been consistently advancing zero-emission mobility for many years. As a leader in this field, we have always believed that mobility should not come at the expense of the natural environment. As the world around us continues to change, the importance of this commitment has become even more evident. That is why supporting both the Tour de Pologne and the Tour de Pologne Women is not only a source of great pride for us, but also a symbol of our long-term vision becoming a reality.”— Jacek Pawlak, President of Toyota Central Europe
Toyota and Lexus cars can soon be admired on the routes of the 4th Tour de Pologne Women and the 83rd Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour! The women’s race is scheduled for July 24-26, and the men will step into action from August 3 to 9. A day before the start of the men’s competition, a team presentation is also planned, which will take place on the ORP “Błyskawica” ship.
The races will be broadcast in Poland and around the world thanks to cooperation with TVP, Eurosport and the HBO Max streaming platform. Thanks to this, the signal from the race will reach fans in 65 countries!
